ASHM's international program aligns with the priority countries in Asia and the Pacific identified by the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT). In this way, ASHM International is able to collaborate with DFAT programs and other donors and agencies who are also working to support national and regional HIV responses.

ASHM's primary partners are other professional societies supporting HIV and related capacity development amongst their members and the health workforce in general.

Through these partnerships, ASHM supports and develops the sharing of knowledge, skills and capacities of professional health care workers to provide best practice care and support to people living with, and affected by HIV and AIDS.

The program also supports the secretariats and administrative operations of these societies and the ways in which they can provide technical expertise to their national HIV programs.

We welcome enquiries regarding new collaborations with partners in Asia and the Pacific.
