The Kirby Institute UNSW currently has an exciting opportunity for several Research Nurses to join their team. Full-time and part-time positions are available, located at NSW correctional centres in Windsor in Western Sydney (or Goulburn, Lithgow).

The Research Nurse is responsible for the world-first Surveillance and Treatment of Prisoners with Hepatitis C (SToP-C) study and will be required to complete clinical management of patients and study coordination at a designated NSW Correctional Centre(s). The role will be involved in direct contact with male and/or female prisoners on a daily basis, as well as interaction with Justice Health & Forensic Mental Health Network and Corrective Services NSW staff.

 About the role

•             $91-97k (plus up to $4k in shift loadings;  (9.5% superannuation and 17.5% leave loading)

•             Fixed Term for 12 months, with strong possibility of renewal

•             Full-time (35 hours per week) or part-time (14-21 hours per week)
