ASHM is seeking a candidate with tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in health, fields allied to health, project management or adult education.  With your solid experience in managing multiple concurrent projects and preferably a knowledge and understanding of hepatitis C and/or substance use, you will be responsible for the adaptation and implementation of the newly developed Hepatitis C in Drug and Alcohol Settings Education Program.  With your excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders, you will be pivotal in leading the delivery of a series of education workshops throughout Australia and Europe.  Your previous experience in writing, proofing and editing a range of materials, including clinical training materials and funding submissions, will enable you to successfully adapt education materials to local context and to report on project activities to various funding bodies.  

The position involves extensive domestic and international travel.  Candidates must be able to undertake up to four extended (one week+) international trips per year to deliver education.


ASHM provides a flexible and supportive working environment.  The salary range for this position is $44,817 per annum to $62,503 per annum, dependent on relevant experience.  In addition, 10% superannuation is paid, plus time off in lieu, leave loading and non-taxable fringe benefit salary packaging options are offered.
