ACON are offering a great opportunity for a Relationship Manager with a strong HR Generalist or Diversity practitioner background and an excellent understanding of the LGBTI workplace inclusion to join ACON’s Pride in Diversity Program in Melbourne, providing members with ongoing strategic consulting and support in all aspects of LGBTI workplace inclusion.

This is a full time position (38 hours/week) based in Melbourne and offered on a two year contract.
